His quote was very reasonable and very detailed. He took care of minor exterior repairs, power washed our home, stained the cedar siding, painted all the trim, and scraped and painted the deck. He communicated through the entire project, and he didn’t rush by working on rainy or damp days, which would affect the quality of the job. He uses quality products (made in Michigan!) and cleaned up each day. He did such a great job that 2 other people on our street are also using him.
